Pre-move survey
Someone looks at the items before the date is set, not on the morning of the move. That is what
determines the materials, the crew size and whether anything needs custom crating.
Inventory and condition record
High-value items are listed and photographed before they are wrapped, so there is an agreed record
of condition before anything is handled.
Materials and crating
Art, mirrors, glass and stone travel in purpose-built crates or custom-cut protection rather than
blankets alone. Upholstery goes into covers, not just pads.
Placement, not delivery
Items are unwrapped, reassembled and placed where they belong in the new home, and the packing
materials leave with the crew. The job is finished when the room is finished.

Do you mix multiple clients’ items in one truck on luxury moves?
No. We dedicate a truck (or trucks) to your move only. This is so your items aren’t mixed with other clients, which prioritizes both security and scheduling!
What if I need short-term storage for my luxury items?
We can arrange additional secure, climate-controlled storage solutions through our trusted network, tailored for high-value items. You’ll get the same level of care in storage as in transit.
What’s your cancellation or reschedule policy?
We ask for as much notice as possible, at least 48 hours ahead. In many cases we accommodate rescheduling without extra cost if timing allows. Free changes depend on the availability and complexity of required logistics.
How do I know my items are safe if something happens en route?
We offer comprehensive insurance coverage including full-value protection and can provide custom coverage for high-value items. Your coordinator will walk you through what’s covered and how claims are handled!
Do you service all areas in the GTA and handle long-distance moves?
